Linix forum comments they have never been very linux friendly, but the last open source software can be compiled and built under linux with a few tweaks. Note that it works fine under Linux the product page only mentions Windows. In the bluetooth case there is no visible connector, the device attaches in Linux via the bluetooth rfcomm protocol and you must have a suitable transceiver installed on your computer.
