Sometimes that populates automatically, sometimes not. Anyway, when I try to fax a document nothing happens. The issue is solved. I never setup a Ricoh machine before today. That got changed some time ago, at least on the US site.

Are the default XP driver options correct? Sometimes gicoh populates automatically, sometimes not. I do know that using the wrong driver will result in just what you are getting – nothing. The only option that I can think of is where you can check “hard drive”.

If you go to the Ricoh site and download the fax driver for your machine, you should get the right one. If you tell me which model, I can verify for you.

It looks like you are setting it ricou right; just point it to a standard printer port like any print driver – there’s nothing magic to do. That got changed some time ago, at least on the US site.
